How to do a Spanish accent

  1. Add a short 'e' before words starting with S plus consonant: 'estop', 'espain'.
  2. Use one short 'ee' for both 'ship' and 'sheep'.
  3. Tap or roll R's clearly, and soften 'v' into something near a 'b'.
  4. Give every syllable similar length, a steady, rapid rhythm.

The most common mistake

Slowing it down; Spanish rhythm is quick and syllable-even.
