🦸 How to Do A Superhero Voice (and Test It)
The superhero voice is big, bright and confident, projected as if to a whole crowd below. Every line sounds like a promise.
🎤 Test your Superhero nowThe line to say
“Fear not, citizens! No cat stuck in a tree is safe from my rescue!”
The judge scores how close you sound, whether you keep it up, your commitment, and whether you stick to the line. Up to 10 seconds, free, no sign-up.
How to do it
- Stand tall, hands on hips, and project from your belly rather than your throat.
- Use a strong, slightly low voice with clear, open vowels.
- Punch the first word of each phrase: 'FEAR not, citizens!'
- End lines on a firm, rising note of triumph rather than letting them trail off.
The most common mistake
Making it gruff and growly; heroes sound warm and noble, not threatening.
